Our newly renovated studios and one bedroom apartments are perfect for the entire family. All of our
accommodations feature fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms with hair dryer, tub and shower. The
apartments offer queen size sofa sleepers in a separate living room. All rooms include color remote cable
television with HBO, French and Spanish TV channels, central air conditioning and direct dial phones with
data ports. Most of the studios and apartments have newly installed Spanish ceramic tile. They all have
dining tables and chairs and two big, comfortable chairs or recliners to watch T. V. Large walk-in closets are
an added plus in most units. We now have in room safes.
Following is a description of the different types of accommodations we offer:
Small Studio
This is only available for double occupancy. There are two twin beds put together like a king size bed or
separate upon request. It has a full kitchen and dining table for 2, and two rattan chairs to watch T. V.
It is available with a direct ocean view or with side view of the ocean. You have a choice of either first,
second or third floor.
Studio
These are larger studios with two double beds, full kitchen, with a dining table for four. They include two big
chairs or recliners. These are also available with direct ocean front view or side view of the ocean.
Deluxe Studio
Even more spacious than the suites, these rooms include two double beds, full kitchen, dining set for four and
a writing desk. For comfortable T.V viewing, two big chairs are provided. These only are available with
splendid full oceanfront views.
One Bedroom Apartment
The most comfortable accommodations we feature are these large sized one bedroom apartments, with living
room, dining room and a separate bedroom. Sleeper queen size sofas and chairs for relaxing in front of the
T. V. are included. These are perfect for families. The bedrooms feature either a double and a twin, 2
doubles or king size beds. These all have direct ocean front views.
Pool Side Studios
For the same price as a small studio on the ocean side, these larger studios offer more space and comfort,
making them a great value. These have a double and twin bed, a full kitchen, dining area for three. They have
a private balcony overlooking our beautiful pool and gardens. Perfect for a family of three.
